What To Expect During Your First Visit At Millrise Dental

Our goal is to ensure that each of our patients is comfortable and receives outstanding service whenever they visit our dental clinic.  When you visit Millrise Dental Clinic for your first appointment, you will be pleasantly surprised by our comfortable, well thought out environment.

You will be greeted by one of our friendly team members and asked to complete some background information to help us get to know you and your medical history. To ensure that your first dental appointment begins on time, we ask that you come in 15 minutes early to complete this necessary background information.

In order to be prepared, please consider bringing the following items:

• Your ID
• A list of any medications you may be taking
• Your dental history
• A form of payment (please see the Payment tab for the methods we accept)
• Dental insurance information

When it’s time for your appointment, you will meet your dental hygienist or dentist and they will begin by reviewing your dental history.  If you have any questions or immediate concerns, you’ll have a chance to express these.

Before beginning any treatment, we intend to make sure that you fully understand the treatment process, and have all of your questions answered.  We always have time for your concerns, so ask away!
